We are escapists from true reality. We live in mythical fascinating world everyday "without pro-active planning against disasters ".. After disasters happened,we become sentimental humans,start aid programs and record disaster events for anniversary memories. Is it social-human? Is it not demon divisive mind ? We are divisive which is criminal. WE THINK FOR OURSELVES AT FIRST AND FOR SOCIAL-OTHERS AT NEXT. Is it true-social? We have to think for social-others at first and have to think for ourselves at next. Thieves are talking about security. Immorals are talking about moral sense. Of course ! One talks more about things which are lacking with himself. It's natural.

భూకంపములకు ఆస్కారము ఉండే చోట వాటి తీవ్రతలకు వ్యతిరేకముగా మరియు తీవ్రతలను తట్టుకునే విధముగా తదనుగుణముగా  భవనముల నిర్మాణము /నిబంధనలు స్థానిక ప్రభుత్వములు కటినముగా  అమలు చేస్తే అనవసర జన ధన నష్టమును నివారించవచ్చు .
అలాగే తుఫానులు ! అలాగే సునామీలు ! అలాగే అగ్ని ప్రమాదాలు ! అలాగే వరదలు !
మనిషి మేధా శక్తిని ఉపయోగిస్తే ప్రకృతిని అదుపు చేయవచ్చు .
సాధారణ జీవనము మీద చిత్త శుద్ధి అనేది ప్రజలలో ఉంటేనే కదా ప్రజా ప్రభుత్వములలో ఉండేది .
