Can any sane person beleive that if indian national congress says to provide job oppurtunities for public,it will be lie ? And will it be right that if bjp says to provide job opportunities for public,it is truth.

Yes! Vijay Mallya is declared "wilful defaulter" by ED and Banks. Does it mean that vijay mallya has duty to give answer to Arnab goswami questions ?
