అలాగే కాపిటలిస్టు కు కాపిటలిస్టు గా ఉండే వాడు కాపిటలిస్టు కాడు కదా !
మరియు కాంగ్రెసు వాదికి కాంగ్రెసు వాది గా ఉండే వాడు కాంగ్రెసు వాది కాదు కదా !

Yes! Vijay Mallya is declared "wilful defaulter" by ED and Banks. Does it mean that vijay mallya has duty to give answer to Arnab goswami questions ? Why don't media think that Vijay Mallya fled India because of heat caused by media ? Does Vijay Mallya have duty towards govt ED,Indian law courts and banks or towards Arnab goswami ?
