You can't equate culture with history in world. World history is complexity between culture and criminal violence. You need not be in active Politcs to bring about social change. You can be in your own academic profession to bring social change.

Yes! Vijay Mallya is declared "wilful defaulter" by ED and Banks. Does it mean that vijay mallya has duty to give answer to Arnab goswami questions ?
