National language Hindi should not be imposed. National language Hindi should only be.optional in non-Hindi speaking states. Hindi must be studied alongwith link language English. Hindi is not Urdu which is Indian Muslim language.

Yes! Vijay Mallya is declared "wilful defaulter" by ED and Banks. Does it mean that vijay mallya has duty to give answer to Arnab goswami questions ? Why don't media think that Vijay Mallya fled India because of heat caused by media ? Does Vijay Mallya have duty towards govt ED,Indian law courts and banks or towards Arnab goswami ?
