Rail education is compulsory for Indian students to know about REAL "national geographic". You can't imagine reality just by imagination. You must have practical experience to know about true reality. Indian railways may organise special package educational.tours into interior places. Indian interiors give deep knowledge about Indian governance than just by reading newspapers.

Yes! Vijay Mallya is declared "wilful defaulter" by ED and Banks. Does it mean that vijay mallya has duty to give answer to Arnab goswami questions ? Why don't media think that Vijay Mallya fled India because of heat caused by media ? Does Vijay Mallya have duty towards govt ED,Indian law courts and banks or towards Arnab goswami ?
