Top level person should talk with his immediate-low level person/s only. Top level person should avoid talking with low level person/s of his immediate-low level person/s. Because it creates confusion in work execution. This applies to CM or PM level people also. What's use in having.low level person/s if high level person is doing his work,his immediate-low level person/s work and low level person/s of his immediate-low level persons work ? Rank upholding while discussing things must be respected by high level person/s.
