O Dalits ! O Brahmins(businesspersons) ! Indian constitution may guarantee caste system but not CASTEISM, Becasue true CASTEISM is being "low of high" TO "low of high". True CASTEISM is making low to self-eliminate by itself. Any book for the matter any constitution can't write about "person/s TO person/s". Because "person/s TO person/s" is subjectivity which can't be wriiten for interpretation but to be experienced by self. So any casteist must believe in the ultimate goal of caste system that came into existence by selfish interests in past. Ultimate goal makes selfish as selfish again towards making selfishness self-eliminate by itself. That is the power of the ultimate. Only m k Gandhi knows what is purpose of caste system better than b r ambedkar,,B R ambedkar is mediocre person who always believes in argument than sense. Whereas m k Gandhi is true knowledgeable who believes in the ultimate than the end(the ultimate of the ultiamte). Because we want just ultimate but not endless ultimate which doesn't exist in reality.

కులం కులం అంటూ అరిచే కులవాద విశ్వాసులకు నేను చెప్పేది ఒక్కటే .
మీరు ప్రస్తుతము ఉన్న కలయిక సమాజము(మానసికత ) ను విభజన చేసుకుంటున్నారంటే అంతిమముగా మీరు దేనినైతే విభజన చేయాలనుకుంటున్నారో దానిని కలయిక చేసుకుంటున్నట్లు లెక్క .
కనుక మీరు ప్రస్తుతము ఉన్న విభజన సమాజము (మానసికత ) ను  కలయిక చేసుకోవడము గా మార్పు చేసుకోగలిగితే  అంతిమముగా మీరు దేనినైతే విభజన చేయాలనుకుంటున్నారో అది దానికదే విభజన చేసుకుని నిర్మూలన అయిపోతుంది .
అదీ నిజమైన కులతత్వము .
కుల నిర్మూలన అంటే ప్రతిభ ను నిర్మూలన చేయడము లేదా చెడును కలయిక చేసుకోవడము కాదు .
కులము అనే మాట అనేది నోటితో /చేతితో కలిగించుకునే వస్తువు కాదు .
కులము గొప్ప అనేది ఉన్నత కులము మనుషులలో ఎంతగా మాటలాడుకుంటారో అంతే విధముగా నిమ్న కులము మనుషులలో అంతే మాటలాడుకుంటారు . ఎందుకంటే కులము గుణము అనేది ఎక్కువ తక్కువ లలో కొలత కాదు . కులము గుణము అనేది ఎక్కువ తక్కువల యొక్క ఎక్కువ తక్కువ
