IAS / IPS don't know what is personally-right character. Am I right ?

ప్రజలు మొదటగా మాట నిలకడ కలిగిన రాజకీయ నాయకులతో చెడుగా మరియు మాట నిలకడ లేని రాజకీయ నాయకులతో మంచిగా వ్యవహరించాలి . ఇది నా ఆదేశము .
ఎందుకంటే ప్రజలు వృత్తి పరమైన మంచి ఫీలింగ్ కలిగిన వారు కనుక .

Yes! Vijay Mallya is declared "wilful defaulter" by ED and Banks. Does it mean that vijay mallya has duty to give answer to Arnab goswami questions ? Why don't media think that Vijay Mallya fled India because of heat caused by media ? Does Vijay Mallya have duty towards govt ED,Indian law courts and banks or towards Arnab goswami ?
