Any person who inculcated both morality(being good with bad and bad with good at first instance) and legality(right being wrong with wrong) will make other two people who are either personally-right character or personally-right quality into personally-right quality and personally-right character respectively BY COMPLEXING WITH OTHER TWO COMPLEXITIES IN SOCIETY.

Yes! Vijay Mallya is declared "wilful defaulter" by ED and Banks. Does it mean that vijay mallya has duty to give answer to Arnab goswami questions ?
