Difference between satyendra and RGV is application-concentration-devotion in consistency. Difference in consistency against adverse questions is difference in power(truth) that is being held on other/s(govt). RGV is more consistent than satyendra in their own different professions.

Yes! Vijay Mallya is declared "wilful defaulter" by ED and Banks. Does it mean that vijay mallya has duty to give answer to Arnab goswami questions ?
