O IAS / IPS officers ! Loophole in system is that inability to be low with low while being high with high. So problem is identified-analysed. And you IAS / IPS people need fix problem by being problem to problem of inability to be low class with low class. .

Yes! Vijay Mallya is declared "wilful defaulter" by ED and Banks. Does it mean that vijay mallya has duty to give answer to Arnab goswami questions ? Why don't media think that Vijay Mallya fled India because of heat caused by media ? Does Vijay Mallya have duty towards govt ED,Indian law courts and banks or towards Arnab goswami ?
