Ministers of concerned departments in state are responsible to issues of state govt. and central govt. Whereas PM is concerned about co-ordination between all other heads of govt in world on daily basis. At present, Indian prime minister of India is the most stupid Indian prime minister world has ever seen.

Yes! Vijay Mallya is declared "wilful defaulter" by ED and Banks. Does it mean that vijay mallya has duty to give answer to Arnab goswami questions ? Why don't media think that Vijay Mallya fled India because of heat caused by media ? Does Vijay Mallya have duty towards govt ED,Indian law courts and banks or towards Arnab goswami ?
