So every two policemen by avoiding rank differences must vigil every third policeman to solve ambiguity(infidelity) caused by self-ignorance and adamant-mind among uniform people.

Yes! Vijay Mallya is declared "wilful defaulter" by ED and Banks. Does it mean that vijay mallya has duty to give answer to Arnab goswami questions ? Why don't media think that Vijay Mallya fled India because of heat caused by media ? Does Vijay Mallya have duty towards govt ED,Indian law courts and banks or towards Arnab goswami ?
