Libraries must include small conference rooms to talk about relevant knowledge by reading public. It is Indian state govts duty than central govt duty.

Govt need work towards positive movements by discouraging negative movements.

Yes! Vijay Mallya is declared "wilful defaulter" by ED and Banks. Does it mean that vijay mallya has duty to give answer to Arnab goswami questions ? Why don't media think that Vijay Mallya fled India because of heat caused by media ? Does Vijay Mallya have duty towards govt ED,Indian law courts and banks or towards Arnab goswami ?
