Indian external affairs ministry need set up separate diplomatic depts to study and analyse western countries issues AS INDIA HAS DUTY TO LEAD WORLD NATIONS BETTER FROM NOW. Leadership means being moral(consistent against adverse questions) with only lawful nations and their people.
