Telangana movement succeeded because it is "inclusive" movement unlike "inclusive-less divisive" naxalbari and Dravidian movements.

Naxalbari movement and/or Dravidian movement are TIME-CONSTRAINT MOVEMENTS.
So they naturally are bound to fail after 40 years.

Yes! Vijay Mallya is declared "wilful defaulter" by ED and Banks. Does it mean that vijay mallya has duty to give answer to Arnab goswami questions ? Why don't media think that Vijay Mallya fled India because of heat caused by media ? Does Vijay Mallya have duty towards govt ED,Indian law courts and banks or towards Arnab goswami ?
