"BY" being Rama is "BY" saying Rama. In above sentence,one may find difference between "BY" noun and "BY" pronoun. "BY" noun is criminal and ill. Learn Indian English better than UK English and USA English. Indian English is perfect and sensible than UK English and USA English.
