State govt is superflous when it comes to people of state and central govt. Central govt is superflous when it comes to people of state and state govt. So conflict/discussion between Brahmins and Dalits is like conflict/discussion between state govt and central govt. Both are useless to voters/citizens minds.

నాకు బ్రాహ్మణుల మరియు దళితుల మధ్య వివాదము /చర్చ విన్నప్పుడు ఒక ఆలోచన కలుగుతుంది .
అదేమంటే ఇద్దరు సోమరి వ్యక్తులు 2*2=4 మరియు 4*1=4 అని వివాదము /చర్చ చేస్తున్నట్లుగా ఉంటుంది .
ఉత్పత్తి చేసే వర్గాలు ఎంత బాగా ఉత్పత్తి చేస్తే ఉత్పత్తి కి చిలువ కలిగించే వర్గాలు అంత బాగా విలువ తీసుకు వస్తాయి .
అయితే రెండు వర్గాలు పైన తెలిపిన విధముగా వివాదము /చర్చ చేస్తూ ఉంటే ఉత్పత్తి మరియు విలువ తగ్గిపోతుంది .
