How can better questioning people like IAS/IPS people be avoiding to be low people with low people ? It is my order.

Accountability in IAS/IPS/IFS people need be inculcated through making them as "high people while being low people with low people".

Yes! Vijay Mallya is declared "wilful defaulter" by ED and Banks. Does it mean that vijay mallya has duty to give answer to Arnab goswami questions ? Why don't media think that Vijay Mallya fled India because of heat caused by media ? Does Vijay Mallya have duty towards govt ED,Indian law courts and banks or towards Arnab goswami ?
