సామాజిక వ్యవస్థ లేదా రాజ్యాంగ వ్యవస్థ అనగా చేసేది మరియు చెప్పేది ఒక్కటిగా చేసే వ్యవస్థ .
ధార్మిక వ్యవస్థ అనగా మానసిక వ్యవస్థ .

Yes! Vijay Mallya is declared "wilful defaulter" by ED and Banks. Does it mean that vijay mallya has duty to give answer to Arnab goswami questions ? Why don't media think that Vijay Mallya fled India because of heat caused by media ? Does Vijay Mallya have duty towards govt ED,Indian law courts and banks or towards Arnab goswami ?
