Only evil-spirits who are half-truthfuls and drug-minds are consuming liquor. Partial prohibition of liquor is social minded. All justice(leftist and rightist) parties are drug-minded parties who are invariably against liquor prohibition. So partial prohibition of liquor after careful study of social sections will be the solution(which is being problem to problem) that means partial prohibition of liquor is neither prohibition nor permitting liquor.
