Mr.Anbumani ramadoss ! Social healing is different from personal healing. Social healing over long run should be against any kind of total prohibition whether good or bad. Social healing of two-thirds people in world from "their drug-mindset and consequent liquor-consumption" should be social minded which means "complex prohibition being freedom".Any social mind should be complex dynamic mindful sensible voice. All five characteristics as abovesaid must be catered to be social mind for success in long run.
