So any Telugu speaking person if not having swastik will be incomplete Telugu speaking person.
And any Tamil speaking person if not having AUM will be incomplete Tamil speaking person.

Yes! Vijay Mallya is declared "wilful defaulter" by ED and Banks. Does it mean that vijay mallya has duty to give answer to Arnab goswami questions ?
