As long as voter is talking politics everyday without being his work in his mind,he can't be better voter to govt and others as well as he can't be better service to himself. Democratic system.voter must be duty-bound to be his work in his mind while reading politics. Voter if idling away his time can't be doing good to himself and society. Constitution evil is that 1.freedom is not "explicitly" mentioned as duty while writing about freedom of expression and freedom to form assembly/association and 2.idling away time by voter/citizen is crime.

పరిపక్వ వోటరు అయిన వాడు ప్రతి రోజూ ప్రాపంచిక రాజకీయాలు చదువుతూ /వింటూ తన పేరు (ఆలోచన ) మీదుగా తన వృత్తి లో తన వృత్తి గా మాటలాడుతూ ఉంటాడు.
