      MILITARY,MEDIA,POLITICS AND ADMINSTRATION AMONG INDIA,PAKISTAN AND AMERICA NEED LEARN SPEAKING LITIGANT-WORD AGAINST LITIGANT-MIND-SYSTEM.

     FOR WORLD PEOPLE'S INABILITY TO SPEAK LITIGANT-WORD AGAINST LITIGANT-MIND-SYSTEM,LET US AVOID USING MILITARY SOLUTION.
