   Even though both defeat and victory are meant to be taken as equal in every 5 year term elections,we humans are yet to be able to maintain equality between both victory celebration and defeat introspection.

   Above fact is applicable to both indian national congress and its opposition(buorgeous and revolutionary) parties.

Yes! Vijay Mallya is declared "wilful defaulter" by ED and Banks. Does it mean that vijay mallya has duty to give answer to Arnab goswami questions ? Why don't media think that Vijay Mallya fled India because of heat caused by media ? Does Vijay Mallya have duty towards govt ED,Indian law courts and banks or towards Arnab goswami ?
