    Seema-andhra MPs are telling that process of bifurcation is not right.

    But I wish to say that when indian constitution itself had neglected FEELING at last by BEING at first and APPEARANCE at every next,how can we expect a bill under constitution have FEELING at last?

    WHY DON'T SEEMA-ANDHRA MPs demand REVIEW OF CONSTITUTION to include FEELING in it?

Yes! Vijay Mallya is declared "wilful defaulter" by ED and Banks. Does it mean that vijay mallya has duty to give answer to Arnab goswami questions ? Why don't media think that Vijay Mallya fled India because of heat caused by media ? Does Vijay Mallya have duty towards govt ED,Indian law courts and banks or towards Arnab goswami ?
