Three out of every four indians are criminals.

Indians are not poor.
Because indians don't believe that GOD FOLLOWS ACCOUNTING.
Money is being spent on god without pre-accounting and/or post-accounting.
So indian govt is made poor by indians.

Yes! Vijay Mallya is declared "wilful defaulter" by ED and Banks. Does it mean that vijay mallya has duty to give answer to Arnab goswami questions ? Why don't media think that Vijay Mallya fled India because of heat caused by media ? Does Vijay Mallya have duty towards govt ED,Indian law courts and banks or towards Arnab goswami ?
