But m k gandhi is dreaming ramrajya(egalitarian society) where all are equals and no need of govt and police at all.

Yes! Vijay Mallya is declared "wilful defaulter" by ED and Banks. Does it mean that vijay mallya has duty to give answer to Arnab goswami questions ?
