My logic is that even Indian police or Indian media or Indian law courts system or Indian film industry have one "right character and good quality" person out of every three people among them. Evil is now spread as two-thirds levels among all social sections.That means evil vanishes soon as forever because evil reached its maximum level in society. .

Yes! Vijay Mallya is declared "wilful defaulter" by ED and Banks. Does it mean that vijay mallya has duty to give answer to Arnab goswami questions ?
