How can secular(secularism is for want of non-religious) India allow different set of personal laws among different religious communities ? Secularism doesn't just mean equality of religions "but enforcement of equality among religions by RELIGIOUS INTERFERENCE under any cost "even though religious chauvinists believe that religious interference as partisan. Govt never have partisan. But only those form govt might have partisan, But that doesn't mean govt interference into different personal laws for equality among religions should not be obstructed by either those form govt and those oppose govt. INDIAN Govt duty is to overcome aspersions, Indian govt duty is to solve casteism which gave rise plurality in religions. But that plurality of religions should not be mistaken as alibi for religious divide by either both sides chauvinists and liberals. STRICT EQUALITY AMONG DIFFERENT PERSONAL LAWS MUST BE ENFORCED BY GOVT OF THE DAY FOR BETTER TOMORROW. Muslim chauvinists may say that present Modi govt is Hindu-biased. But both narendra Modi and present govt anarchy may not stay forever. But religious equality stays forever and should be made so by today's govt effort for better world.
