I am still considering myself as student of world and its history. M k Gandhi LIKE ME didn't glimpse world history and discover India as pandit jawaharlal Nehru did. M K Gandhi founded BETTER WORLD over the best of the best which is to prevail as the worst of the worst.

Yes! Vijay Mallya is declared "wilful defaulter" by ED and Banks. Does it mean that vijay mallya has duty to give answer to Arnab goswami questions ?
