I am getting doubt whether we Indians are civilised or isolated tribes are civilised. Because we Indians are able to launch.swachch Bharat whether we Indians are keeping India as clean or not before or after programme launch.

Yes! Vijay Mallya is declared "wilful defaulter" by ED and Banks. Does it mean that vijay mallya has duty to give answer to Arnab goswami questions ? Why don't media think that Vijay Mallya fled India because of heat caused by media ? Does Vijay Mallya have duty towards govt ED,Indian law courts and banks or towards Arnab goswami ?
