Appearance must be fearful and valour. Being and prevailance must be graceful SO THAT HUMAN DIGNITY CAN BE COMMANDED AND DEMANDED BY OTHER/S (Govt). Of course present govt is antisocial(ignorance) since British rule for its own reason. If we citizens are being moral(consistent against adverse questions) and social(knowledgeable about self),then naturally govt which is installed by democratic majority vote in election.

ప్రతి వ్యక్తి తనలో కారుణ్య గుణము నిలుపుకుంటే  ఎదుటి వారిలో భయము మరియు వీరత్వము కలుగుతుంది .
అయితే ప్రతి వ్యక్తి తనలో భయము మరియు వీరత్వము అనేది కలిగి ఉంటూ అధిగమించగలగాలి .
అలా కలిగి ఉంటూ అధిగమించడము అంటే అలా కనిపించడము అన్న మాట .
