O Indian administrative service officers ! You must read this and accept your non-concurrence with universal social moral law. Universal social moral law is that even though political class are corrupt or not,you must make yourselves as incorruptible "BY NOT ALLOWING YOUR IAS CLASS IMMUNE FROM ACB RAIDS WITHOUT GOVT (politcal class) PERMISSION. So root cause for corruption lies in immunity for IAS officers from ACB raids without govt permission, If there is no MAGNETIC power,electrical power doesn't stay. If there is no electrical power,there can be control systems. If there is no control systems,there can't be power harness.If there is no power harness,there is no machine design. If there is no machine design,there is no building structures in society. If there is building structures in society,there can never be social sensibility. If there is no social sensibility,there can never be egalitarian society which is ramarajya which is then,now and forever. Of course ramrajya values are consistent with bad times,good times and changing times. So ram Rajya is bad times among bad people in bad situations. And rama Rajya is changing times for changing people in changing situations. Ram Rajya is good times among good people in good situations. AND PL.REMEMBER THAT MAN IS DEPENDENT ON SITUATIONS. If values are low,being low to low in situations is high value. THAT IS WHY INDIAN NATIONAL CONGRESS NEVER IGNORES PUBLIC LIFE AS SANYASIS AND NAXALITES DO BY GOING TO MOUNTAINS AND FORESTS RESPECTIVELY whether people are having low values or mixed values or high values. Because an universal social moral law like Indian national congress must be consistent with all(low or mixed or high) times when adversely questioned by its peers.
