How can talking about other/s by self mind be lawful ? How can words of being other/s in self OR words of being just self only in self be lawful in law ?

Yes! Vijay Mallya is declared "wilful defaulter" by ED and Banks. Does it mean that vijay mallya has duty to give answer to Arnab goswami questions ?
