Nara Chandrababu Naidu as AP state CM is efficient only in public administrative matters which are prevailing as mediocre(ultra-minded). Whereas engineers efficiency is technical efficiency at where AP CM "must accept that he is not efficient". O Nara Chandrababu naidu the person ! FIRST MAKE IT CLEAR THAT YOU AS PERSON AND TDP PRESIDENT ARE NOT EFFICIENT IN TECHNICAL MATTERS. At present Indian universities engineering faculties are fully efficient in advising technical efficiency to any govt projects in India. Politicisation of projects/programs is natural as it seeks self in engineering knowledge. Pl.note that politcisation of politicisation will be apolitical.
