Structure of court system is that law court judgements should not cross borderline between "public judgements between personal groups" and "personal judgements between public groups". Pl.note there is one.And as there is one,there should be all. And as there is one and all,there should be some. So public need be balanced mind which is being some in all by being all in some. Courts should note that courts believe in professional minds whereas wealth creation,distribution and enjoyment are social(knowledge)(complex to complex) mindset.
