RGV is "appearance as antisocial" whereas chaganti Koteshwara rao is "appearing as social". Appearing as antisocial will be more result-oriented when compared to "appearing as social" in mature society.

Yes! Vijay Mallya is declared "wilful defaulter" by ED and Banks. Does it mean that vijay mallya has duty to give answer to Arnab goswami questions ? Why don't media think that Vijay Mallya fled India because of heat caused by media ? Does Vijay Mallya have duty towards govt ED,Indian law courts and banks or towards Arnab goswami ?
