Any organisation working can be changed from outside by public questioning/accusation-allegation "towards seeking enquiry and externat explanation by name". That means you need not be organisation member to change its corrupt working. As you are member of world society,you can accuse/allega/question in public "towards seeking internal enquiry and external explanation by name".
