Everybody can control everything "if one is self in self and other/s". Any organisation working can be changed from outside by public questioning/accusation-allegation "towards seeking enquiry and externat explanation by name". That means you need not be organisation member to change its corrupt working. As you are member of world society,you can accuse/allega/question in public "towards seeking internal enquiry and external explanation by name".

Yes! Vijay Mallya is declared "wilful defaulter" by ED and Banks. Does it mean that vijay mallya has duty to give answer to Arnab goswami questions ? Why don't media think that Vijay Mallya fled India because of heat caused by media ? Does Vijay Mallya have duty towards govt ED,Indian law courts and banks or towards Arnab goswami ?
