My point to AP DGP is that IPS officers should be subservient to IAS officers. Or else all IPS officers will be made so by IAS officers sooner or later. I am saying this because IPS officers are enjoying more powers and less responsibilities while IAS officers are enjoying more responsibilities and less powers. IPS officers developed vested interest in name which is root cause for rotten-mindset,underworld mafia and corruption. Rotten-mindset is caused by lack of internal enquiry and external explanation through files movement against any citizen accusation/allegation". After all,every citizen is made to participate in public governance "through making Aadhaar card compulsory for any benefit from govt". So naturally every individual citizen can write on internet about his grievience and seek redressal "on every govt file movement and status" in govt offices. So those who are answering to files put up for IAS officers must have upper hand over those who are verifying/questioning for govt file legality and morality who are IPS officers as subservient to IAS officers. Legal experts may study this.

భారతీయ కోర్టు వ్యవస్థ వారి తామసము ,భారతీయ మీడియా వారి తామసము మరియు "భారత జాతీయ కాంగ్రెసు వ్యతిరేక" రాజకీయ పార్టీల వారి తామసము అనే మూడు తామసములను "కలయిక మనస్తత్వముతో" స్వయం నిర్మూలన చేసుకునేంత వరకూ 

భారతీయ పోలీసు వారి తామసము అనేది "చట్టబద్ధమైన జ్ఞానమే" .
