Interesting issue raised by Film director and "kaththi(Tamil)"story-writer A Murugadoss ! Buying film story.rights to remake in another language should not be authority given to buyer for altering story. Regarding that,a clause should be included in "buying agreement" of film story to that effect. Otherwise either original film story-writer or public audience will be cheated about "story alteration ownership or story original ownership". How can film story buyer/s have right to alter film-story "to suit nativity needs" ? Both alteration non-negotiability and film story plaguerism" are same as per law for film public exhibition. Law dept of govt must notify that buying film-story of another language means rights for exact reproduction of film story. And law dept of govt should notify that buying rights of film story is not for rights to alter film story. Because public audiences should not be made fools by public exhibition. Public have right to question trueness between film story writer and his film story rights buyer. Otherwise it will be public cheating about LEGAL ownership of film story.

ప్రేక్షకులను సినిమా రంగములో భాగముగా చేయనంత కాలము సినిమా పరిశ్రమకు "పరిశ్రమ హోదా " ఎలా వస్తుంది ?సినిమా నిర్మాత చేతిలో లేదా సినిమా హీరో చేతిలో వారు ఇష్టము వచ్చినట్లు ప్రవర్తించడానికి ప్రేక్షకులు మరియు సినీ మీడియా ఏమైనా గొర్రెల మంద కాదు కదా !సినిమా తెర ఆనేది ఎవడబ్బ సొమ్ము కాదు కదా !ఏదైనా చూపిస్తాము మరియు /లేదా ఎలాగైనా ప్రవర్తిస్తాము అని సినిమా నిర్మాతలు మరియు సినిమా హీరోలు ప్రజలలో భావన కలిగించడానికి సినిమా తెర అనేది చట్టబద్ధత లేని సామాజిక అంశము కాదు కదా ! సినిమా తెర ద్వారా సినిమా తీసే పనిలో భాగస్వామ్యము కలిగిన వారు ,సినిమా ప్రదర్శించే పనిలో భాగస్వామ్యము కలిగిన వారు మరియు సినిమా చూసే పనిలో భాగస్వామ్యము కలిగిన ప్రేక్షక ప్రజలు అయిన మూడు  వర్గాల వారు సమాజమును మోసము చేయరాదు -విస్మరించరాదు .
అసాంఘికత అనగా సినిమా యొక్క ప్రతి అంశము అనేది సమాజములో భాగము అని విస్మరించడమే /మోసము చేయడమే .
ఇంకా నయం ! సెన్సార్ బోర్డు సర్టిఫికెట్ తప్పనిసరి అనేది లేకపోతే కౌంటర్ లో కరెన్సీ డబ్బు సంపాదన కొరకు సదరు సినిమా రంగములోని వారు ఏదైనా /ఎలాగైనా చూపించుతారేమో !
