Tool engineering design means "no.1 being no.2 to no.2" IN "no.2 being no.1 to no.1". My point is that leader(no.1) who is no.1 is being ABLE to be no.2 to no.2 while follower(no.2) who is no.2 is being UNABLE to be no.1 to no.1. That means follower public need RISE(change) THEIR MINDS INTO BEING No.1 TO No.1.
