It is natural for personal-minded USA to see another personal-minded north korea as LIE. So there is urgent need for both USA and north korea to CHANGE THEIR MINDS INTO SOCIAL-MINDS which is three-dimensional "here for there to be here again". Am I right or wrong ?

Yes! Vijay Mallya is declared "wilful defaulter" by ED and Banks. Does it mean that vijay mallya has duty to give answer to Arnab goswami questions ?
