Human being by becoming must be able to control(minimise by being maximising maximum to maximum) natural disasters like earthquakes,floods,drought and cyclones into mankind favour. That is human self-deserving by avoiding self-deception through being self-deceptive of self-deceptive to self-deception. There is nothing like weeping among humanity if humanity learns how to control public finances and resources into minimising (by being maximum of maximum to maximum) natural disasters effects. Human life is full circle to full circle by full circle. Nobody is and is supposed to be in nobody(whether it is person or situation or time) control. One is,has to be and will be in his/her own control and making.
