Every word that is meant for use in social side has its under-social side. Evidence has both personal evidence and social(personal-to-personal) evidence. So any under-social activities can't be prosecuted in courts. But any under-social activities are conspiracy against state. And until and unless social maturity is not there,under-social activities give rise to anti-social Indian Maoism and its other side deceptive-social democratic power. Now time is coming up to solve under-social conspiracy towards making self-elimination of crime(evil spirit). And one more rootcause for under-social activities is lack(or inability) of MIND STRETCH among masses. That is why Indian national congress has under-social side in its build to include under-social activities towards making under-world activities self-eliminate by themselves. As bhagavadgita says,anybody who is unable to distinguish between being sense and saying sense will be giving rise to under-social growth for crime and ill. As in below "company" film, police commissioner is agreeing that police are able to deal patient but not illness. Only social maturity solves lack of mind expansion and mind indiscretion. And moral story strength is compulsory to make mind(law) as true law(mind). Pl.note that ONLY LAWFUL' LAW WILL MAKE SOCIETY AS LAW-ABIDING. Mature law is naturally respected and need not be enforced by law enforcement. So Indian police need leave their vested interest in earning name int their posts. Indian police officers must note that name earning in any govt. dept service get erased after 40 years. And Indian revenue dept in Union finance ministry has also developed vested interest in land registration. That means vested interest in name while doing govt dept service and land registration.as well as lack of mind expansion and indiscretion all these factors are making social and under-social activities exist and are running side by side in open for want of law prohibiting people against forcible teaching. So only antisocial ("antisocial to antisocial by social") of social "(antisocial for antisocial at antisocial) " is has to be and will be social PREVAILANCE. Police and their public should note.
