Govt runs through public representation of the day.
So anybody who wish to change govt into moral(consistent against adverse questions) must divide people into social sections as for and against issues and pit them against each other before another complex-being.

Yes! Vijay Mallya is declared "wilful defaulter" by ED and Banks. Does it mean that vijay mallya has duty to give answer to Arnab goswami questions ? Why don't media think that Vijay Mallya fled India because of heat caused by media ? Does Vijay Mallya have duty towards govt ED,Indian law courts and banks or towards Arnab goswami ?
