That is why Indian national congress has never been a political party but spiritual(political of political) party which can solve social evils and economic evils. Indian national congress is like Bruce lee's nan-chaku which is partitioned stick.

Yes! Vijay Mallya is declared "wilful defaulter" by ED and Banks. Does it mean that vijay mallya has duty to give answer to Arnab goswami questions ? Why don't media think that Vijay Mallya fled India because of heat caused by media ? Does Vijay Mallya have duty towards govt ED,Indian law courts and banks or towards Arnab goswami ?
