To solve nameless people who are 90% people among Indians,Indian national congress gave telangana state by AP state.bifurcation. Those TDP people may organise "online referendum" among all Indian voters by collecting Indian electoral rolls copy from election commission whether "process" and/or bifurcation of AP state is morally-right or not ? To be improper bifurcation to improper AP people among improper Indians will be proper.. Of course,one may win argument among appearing-ignorants and appearing-knowledgeables.But those who win argument must know that winning argument is to make sense(name) among other's voice/s(currencies).
